- The facility is responsible for managing its sub-accounts (doctors' accounts) and ensuring their compliance with professional ethics and updating their schedules.
- The platform does not bear responsibility for any medical error or negligence in providing healthcare by the facility or its doctors.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All site content from design, text, logos, and software is the private property of Medicare Data and is protected under the intellectual property laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Privacy Policy
We at "Medicare Data" recognize the importance of your data and are committed to protecting it in accordance with the highest standards, especially sensitive medical data, in line with the personal data protection system in the Kingdom.

We collect data that you provide directly upon registration (such as facility name, contact information, licenses) in addition to data entered by doctors such as appointments and encrypted medical records.
2. Use of Data
- Managing your account and facilitating the appointment booking process.
- Improving the quality of service by analyzing data anonymously.
- Sending important notifications and alerts related to your account or technical updates.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data or your patients' data to any third party. We may share some data only with authorized and trusted service delivery partners (such as electronic payment gateways), under strict confidentiality agreements.
