• The platform does not bear responsibility for any medical error or negligence in providing healthcare by the facility or its doctors.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All site content from design, text, logos, and software is the private property of Medicare Data and is protected under the intellectual property laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We at "Medicare Data" recognize the importance of your data and are committed to protecting it in accordance with the highest standards, especially sensitive medical data, in line with the personal data protection system in the Kingdom.
